As I wrote my feature style narrative, I knew that I wanted it to be available to any person looking to be a patient transportation member and had concern on what it was and how the job actually works. First, starting with my home page. My homepage has a picture of me and a little about me and what year I am followed by my major and a few other things. I did this so as someone enters my page, they can get a feel of who I am instead of reading a random person’s narrative. With the template, I kept it the same from when I first started the wix page. I really didn’t see any importance in changing it.

Overall, I welcome my narrative to anyone who feels comfortable to read it just for the knowledge. That is why I came up with many ways to draw attention and get the reader to love my writing. With the hyperlinks, pull out quotes, set pieces, etc. I feel like those were amazing ways to help the reader interact with my page instead of reading the same font and looking at the same setting the whole way through the page. First I started with the title. I made my title pretty straight forward, even though there are ways I could accommodate and make it a more fun title. It’ll probably draw even more people. My title gives the reader a straightforward answer of what my narrative will be about. Then I started my writing with a question. Questions tend to make the reader want to read more and get the answer. I also added set pieces. Set pieces are parts of the writing that have nothing to do with my journey, but had a lot to do with the topic. I added 2 set pieces. One was a book from google and the other was a New York Times newspaper. I added hyperlinks for both of them. That gives the reader a breather from my narrative and also makes it more interesting that I have ways for them to see other things within my writing. Although I could have added more pictures, I only added a few because I did not want the reader to get too attached to the pictures that they forget about the reading. My goal is to make sure there is a full understanding & liking in my writing as I add other things in to give a little emphasis.
